Cleaning Instructions

MicroLuxx mats can be cleaned several ways:

• Vacuum daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in lower-traffic applications
• Extract or hose off as needed to remove heavy soil; lay flat to dry
• Commercially launder for thorough cleaning (see laundering instructions below)

Always ensure mats are completely dry before returning to service.

Laundering Instructions

MicroLuxx mats with nitrile rubber backing can be commercially laundered. Proper laundering prevents soil and soap buildup.

⚠️ Important: Nylon carpet fibers may shrink when exposed to excessive heat. Do not exceed recommended temperatures — this can shorten the product’s life.

For heavy soil, increase wash temperature to max 140°F (60°C). Break should not exceed pH 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents. Do not over-dry — basket temperature should not exceed 180°F (82°C).

Lay mats flat after washing. Allow cooling before rolling.

How often should I clean MicroLuxx?

What backing should I choose?
Smooth backing for hard floors (tile, concrete, wood). Universal cleated backing works on both carpet and hard floors, though cleated is optimal for carpet placement.
