The turf-pile construction uses coarse, heavy-denier nylon fibers — similar to what’s used on outdoor athletic fields — to aggressively scrape debris from shoes. Unlike flat-surface mats, the turf pile filters dirt and moisture downward, away from the walking surface. Drainable borders let water escape instead of pooling.
The solution-dyed nylon is completely fade-resistant, so your mat maintains its appearance even in full sun exposure. And the 78-mil SBR rubber backing (with 20% recycled content) provides excellent slip resistance certified by the National Floor Safety Institute.

No. The solution-dyed nylon is completely fade-resistant and will maintain its color even in full sun exposure.
How do the drainable borders work?
