Recommended for indoor use at entryways where more aggressive scraping/wiping action is desired to remove dirt, sand, and moisture from shoes to prevent tracking.

6' widths are available with smooth backing only.
Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.
Classic Brush mats can be cleaned in several different ways:
Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
Vacuumed regularly: daily in high-traffic areas, weekly in lower-traffic applications
Cleaned with an extractor and laid flat to dry
Hang mat to dry
Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service and cooled before rolling.
Wet Step mats can be commercially laundered (see laundering instructions) or cleaned using the instructions below:
Sterilized in an autoclave
Washed by hand using the following instructions: Scrub with a deck brush (as needed) using a detergent with a neutral pH; rinse with a hose or pressure washer and hang to dry.
Always make sure mat is dry before placing it back in service.
Classic Brush mats that are backed with nitrile rubber can be commercially laundered. Proper laundering will prolong the life of the mat by preventing the buildup of soil and soap residue.
For heavy soil, increase temperature to max 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Break should not exceed pH of 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
Flush 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
Flush (optional) 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
Break 2-3 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
Extract (low speed) 1-2 minutes
Shake out (rotate wheel at wash speed with drain open) 1 minute
Extract (low speed) 3-5 minutes
Dry 5-10 minutes, 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) basket temp.
Cool down 5 minutes
Lay mats flat following removal from washer or dryer. Allow to cool before rolling.
Do not over-dry mats; basket temperature of dryer should not exceed 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). If mats are not dried, final rinse can be increased to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). This will reduce moisture retention following extraction.
