Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship our commercial matting products using UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard ground shipping. For larger orders, we may use LTL freight carriers when appropriate.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our custom logo mats typically ship within 7-10 business days, while standard size orders usually ship within 3-5 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the time of the year and product availability.

Shipping Costs and Fees

Shipping charges depend on a couple of factors:
- Products Ordered, specifically the size of the mats requested
- Ship to Location
- And of course, quantities ordered.

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are determined by these factors.

If you require expedited delivery or special handling, please contact our Customer Service department, before placing your order for additional information, and the associated fees.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. For international orders, additional fees such as broker fees, duty fees, or custom taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price. All returns must be in their original packaging and in original condition. We cannot accept returns on customized products or products that have been used or damaged.
