Unlike rubber-backed rug pads that only work on hard surfaces, Teebaud’s dual-sided design grips both carpet AND hard floors. Simply place the correct side facing down, lay your mat on top, and the specially formulated adhesive coating holds everything securely in place.
Teebaud is made from two different polyester fibers needle-punched together. Each side is coated with a water-based pressure-sensitive dry adhesive that grips without permanently bonding.
Grey Side — Designed for hard floors (hardwood, tile, marble, vinyl, laminate, stone). Place grey side down, mat on white side.
White Side — Designed for carpet. Place white side down, mat on grey side.

On hard floors (tile, hardwood, vinyl, marble), place the grey side down. On carpet, place the white side down.
Will Teebaud damage my hardwood floors?
No. The water-based adhesive is designed to grip without bonding. It will not stain, mar, or damage any flooring surface. The mat can be lifted and repositioned without leaving residue.
Can I use this under a mat on carpet?
Yes. Teebaud is one of the only non-slip underlays that works on both hard floors AND carpet. Place the white side down on carpet.
How do I cut it to size?
Use household scissors or a utility knife. Cut the Teebaud 1-3 inches smaller than your mat on all sides.
Does it have an odor?
