Industrial workers face a tough tradeoff: mats soft enough for comfort often can’t survive welding sparks, slag, grease, oils, and harsh chemicals. They curl at the edges. The layers separate. They become safety hazards instead of safety solutions.
ESD conductive for electronics environments. NFSI certified high-traction. OSHA-approved yellow border option. Custom lengths up to 100 feet. This is why Hog Heaven is the industry’s most popular premium anti-fatigue mat.
Need maximum cushioning? See Hog Heaven Max with 7/8″ thickness.
Here’s the problem with most anti-fatigue mats in industrial settings: they’re designed for comfort, not survival. Welding sparks burn through them. Grease and oil degrade the foam. Chemical exposure breaks down the material. The top layer separates from the cushion. Edges curl up and become trip hazards.
The Hog Heaven Mat is engineered differently. It starts with a solid nitrile rubber surface — 100% nitrile, not a blend or coating. This surface has been tested at temperatures up to 1800°F for welding and slag resistance. It’s completely grease-proof and oil-proof. It resists the harsh chemicals found in manufacturing environments.
The cushion underneath is high-density closed-cell nitrile/PVC foam that’s permanently molded to the surface during manufacturing. Not glued. Not laminated. Molded as a single unit. This is why Hog Heaven mats don’t delaminate — there’s no adhesive layer to fail.
The nitrile rubber border remains flexible for the life of the mat. It won’t crack, curl, or become brittle like cheaper alternatives. The sloped edges provide a safe transition from floor to mat while meeting OSHA requirements.
For environments with sensitive electronics, Hog Heaven is ESD rated as electrically conductive, meeting ASTM/ESD S20.20 and S7.1 standards. For visual safety zones, choose the yellow-striped border option that meets OSHA caution marking requirements.
Custom lengths up to 100 feet mean you can cover entire assembly lines, welding stations, or production runs without seams or gaps.
Welding Safe — Tested to 1800°F Solid nitrile rubber surface withstands welding sparks and slag. Tested at temperatures up to 1800°F. Won’t burn through or melt like standard anti-fatigue mats.
Permanently Molded Construction Cushion is molded to the surface during manufacturing — not glued or laminated. Eliminates delamination failures common in cheaper mats.
100% Nitrile Rubber Surface Grease-proof, oil-proof, and chemical resistant. Contains 15% recycled rubber content.
ESD Electrically Conductive Meets ASTM/ESD S20.20 and S7.1 requirements. Safe for electronics manufacturing, assembly, and testing environments.
NFSI Certified High-Traction Certified slip-resistant by the National Floor Safety Institute. 0.87 CoF dry, 0.85 CoF wet.
Flexible Nitrile Border Edges remain flexible for the life of the mat. Won’t crack, curl, or become trip hazards.
OSHA Yellow Border Option Caution yellow striping on two sides meets OSHA visual safety marking requirements.
Custom Lengths to 100′ Cover entire production lines without seams. Available in 2′, 3′, 4′, and 4.8′ widths.

Hog Heaven mats require minimal maintenance:
What makes Hog Heaven different from standard anti-fatigue mats?
Hog Heaven uses 100% nitrile rubber surface (not a coating) that’s welding safe to 1800°F and completely grease/oil proof. The cushion is molded to the surface during manufacturing — not glued — so it can’t delaminate. The edges stay flexible and won’t crack or curl.
Is Hog Heaven really welding safe?
Yes. The nitrile rubber surface has been tested at temperatures up to 1800°F for welding and slag resistance. Detailed test results are available upon request.
Can I use Hog Heaven in electronics manufacturing?
Yes. Hog Heaven has an ESD rating of electrically conductive (2.6-3.0 x 10⁵ ohms) and meets ASTM/ESD S20.20 and S7.1 requirements for static-sensitive environments.
What’s the difference between Hog Heaven and Hog Heaven Max?
Thickness. Hog Heaven is 5/8″ thick, Hog Heaven Max is 7/8″ thick. All other features are identical. Choose Max for extended shifts, heavier workers, or maximum cushioning needs.
Should I choose black or yellow border?
Black border (SKU 421) works for general industrial use. Yellow striped border (SKU 423) meets OSHA requirements for visual safety marking — use it for safety zones, high-traffic crossings, or areas requiring caution markings.
Can I get custom sizes?
Yes. Hog Heaven is available in widths of 2′, 3′, 4′, and 4.8′ with lengths up to 100 feet. Mats over 60′ will have up to 2 seams. Contact us for custom size pricing.
Why is the cushion “molded” instead of glued?
Glued or laminated mats can delaminate over time — the adhesive fails and the layers separate. Molding the cushion to the surface during manufacturing creates a permanent bond with no adhesive to fail. This is why Hog Heaven lasts years longer than cheaper alternatives.
Is Hog Heaven made in the USA?
Yes. Hog Heaven mats are manufactured by M+A Matting in the United States.
How does Hog Heaven compare to Comfort Flow or Cushion Complete?
Worker standing on Hog Heaven anti-fatigue matHog Heaven is designed for harsh industrial environments — it’s welding safe and ESD conductive. Comfort Flow is designed for wet commercial kitchens with drainage holes. Cushion Complete is for general commercial/industrial use but isn’t welding safe.
