When standing workstations involve liquids, coolants, oils, or chemicals, standard anti-fatigue mats can’t handle the environment. Hog Heaven Drainable Modular Tiles combine flow-through drainage with premium anti-fatigue support — keeping workers comfortable while liquids drain away.

The modular tile system lets you configure any shape or size using three tile types: Corner, Side, and Center. Cover rectangular workstations, wrap around machines, or create L-shaped configurations for complex layouts.

The Three-Tile System

Corner Tiles — Beveled border on two adjacent sides. Use at each corner of your installation.

Side Tiles — Beveled border on one side. Use along edges between corners.

Center Tiles — No borders. Use to fill the interior area.

This system creates any rectangular configuration. For L-shapes, inside corners, or complex layouts, tiles can be cut at 45-degree angles (see installation instructions below).

Key Features

Flow-Through Drainage — Drainage holes allow liquids to pass through the mat surface. Coolants, water, oils, and cleaning solutions drain away rather than pooling on top.

Anti-Fatigue Support — High-density closed-cell nitrile rubber cushion reduces pain and fatigue from extended standing. Workers stay comfortable and productive throughout their shifts.

Chemical Resistant — Nitrile rubber withstands exposure to oils, greases, solvents, and industrial chemicals without degrading.

Welding Safe — Suitable for welding environments. Will not ignite from sparks or spatter.

Beveled Edges — All border edges are beveled for safe transition from floor to mat. Edges won’t crack or curl over time.

⚠️ Important: Cart Traffic Warning

Do not push carts across Hog Heaven Drainable Modular Tiles.

The cushioned surface is designed for standing comfort, not wheeled traffic. Carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks will damage the tiles and create an unsafe surface.

For workstations with cart traffic: Use Hog Heaven Traffic Tiles in the cart path. Traffic Tiles have a firmer surface designed for wheels while still providing anti-fatigue benefits. You can combine Comfort tiles (for standing) with Traffic tiles (for cart paths) in the same installation.

Modular Tiles vs. Linkable Tiles

Choose Modular Tiles when: You need to cover a workstation area, wrap around equipment, or create L-shaped or complex configurations.

Choose Linkable Tiles when: You need a long, narrow run along an assembly line or conveyor.

Installation Instructions

Basic Rectangular Installation:

1. Determine your configuration using Corner, Side, and Center tiles.
2. Place Corner tiles at all four corners with beveled edges facing outward.
3. Connect Side tiles between corners along each edge.
4. Fill the interior with Center tiles.
5. Verify all tiles are firmly connected.

Cutting Inside Corners (L-Shapes):

You will need: cut-resistant gloves, linoleum knife, metal straight edge

1. Lay out the entire tile area, overlapping the Side tiles at the inside corner.
2. Position a metal straight edge at 45 degrees on top of the inside corner.
3. Lift the top overlap to verify cut location before cutting.
4. Hold the straight edge firmly and make one clean cut through both tiles with the linoleum knife. (A utility knife won’t cut deep enough — use a linoleum knife.)
5. Remove the cut pieces from both tiles.
6. Position the two cut tiles side by side at the inside corner.
7. Optional: Apply super glue to bond the cut edges together.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Scrub with a deck brush as needed using a detergent with neutral pH.
2. Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
3. Hang to dry or lay flat.

Important: Ensure tiles are completely dry before returning to service.

What’s the difference between Corner, Side, and Center tiles?
Corner tiles have beveled borders on two adjacent sides (for corners). Side tiles have a beveled border on one side (for edges). Center tiles have no borders (for interior fill).

How do I figure out how many tiles I need?
