Price range: $53.95 through $238.95
Hog Heaven Drainable Modular Tiles provide flow-through drainage and anti-fatigue support for wet industrial environments. Configure any shape using Corner, Side, and Center tiles. High-density closed-cell nitrile rubber handles oil, grease, and chemicals. Welding safe. ESD conductive. 18″ or 36″ tiles with black or OSHA yellow border. Made in USA.
When standing workstations involve liquids, coolants, oils, or chemicals, standard anti-fatigue mats can’t handle the environment. Hog Heaven Drainable Modular Tiles combine flow-through drainage with premium anti-fatigue support — keeping workers comfortable while liquids drain away.
The modular tile system lets you configure any shape or size using three tile types: Corner, Side, and Center. Cover rectangular workstations, wrap around machines, or create L-shaped configurations for complex layouts.
Corner Tiles — Beveled border on two adjacent sides. Use at each corner of your installation.
Side Tiles — Beveled border on one side. Use along edges between corners.
Center Tiles — No borders. Use to fill the interior area.
This system creates any rectangular configuration. For L-shapes, inside corners, or complex layouts, tiles can be cut at 45-degree angles (see installation instructions below).
3′ x 3′ Installation (using 18″ tiles):
4.5′ x 4.5′ Installation (using 18″ tiles):
6′ x 6′ Installation (using 36″ tiles):
6′ x 9′ Installation (using 36″ tiles):
18″ Tile System:
| Tile Type | Dimensions |
|---|---|
| Center | 18″ x 18″ |
| Side | 18″ x 21.75″ |
| Corner | 21.75″ x 21.75″ |
36″ Tile System:
| Tile Type | Dimensions |
|---|---|
| Center | 36″ x 36″ |
| Side | 36″ x 39.75″ |
| Corner | 39.75″ x 39.75″ |
Note: Side and Corner tiles are larger than Center tiles because they include the beveled border.
Flow-Through Drainage — Drainage holes allow liquids to pass through the mat surface. Coolants, water, oils, and cleaning solutions drain away rather than pooling on top.
Anti-Fatigue Support — High-density closed-cell nitrile rubber cushion reduces pain and fatigue from extended standing. Workers stay comfortable and productive throughout their shifts.
Chemical Resistant — Nitrile rubber withstands exposure to oils, greases, solvents, and industrial chemicals without degrading.
Welding Safe — Suitable for welding environments. Will not ignite from sparks or spatter.
ESD Conductive — Electrically conductive rating dissipates static charge. Safe for electronics assembly and other static-sensitive environments.
Beveled Edges — All border edges are beveled for safe transition from floor to mat. Edges won’t crack or curl over time.
OSHA Yellow Option — Available with yellow striped border for high-visibility safety marking per OSHA requirements.
Configurable — Build any rectangular shape. Cut tiles for L-shapes and inside corners.
| Attribute | Specification |

| Material | Closed-cell nitrile rubber (15% recycled content) |
| Thickness | 3/4″ (0.75″) |
| Tile Sizes | 18″ system or 36″ system |
| Surface | Drainage holes (flow-through) |
| Border Options | Black or OSHA Yellow Striped |
| ESD Rating | Electrically Conductive |
| Chemical Resistance | Oil, grease, solvents, industrial chemicals |
| Welding Safe | Yes |
| Origin | Made in USA |
Note: Mat sizes are approximate. Manufacturing tolerance is 3-5%.
Black Border — Standard industrial appearance. Blends with most factory floors.
Yellow Striped Border (OSHA) — High-visibility safety border meets OSHA marking requirements. Clearly defines the work zone and alerts pedestrians and equipment operators.
Do not push carts across Hog Heaven Drainable Modular Tiles.
The cushioned surface is designed for standing comfort, not wheeled traffic. Carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks will damage the tiles and create an unsafe surface.
For workstations with cart traffic: Use Hog Heaven Traffic Tiles in the cart path. Traffic Tiles have a firmer surface designed for wheels while still providing anti-fatigue benefits. You can combine Comfort tiles (for standing) with Traffic tiles (for cart paths) in the same installation.
Ideal For:
Industries:
Environment Requirements:
| Feature | Modular Tiles | Linkable Tiles |
|---|---|---|
| Best For | Square/rectangular areas, complex shapes | Long linear runs (assembly lines) |
| Configuration | Corner + Side + Center tiles | End + Middle tiles |
| Flexibility | Any shape, any direction | Fixed width, variable length |
| Tile Sizes | 18″ or 36″ systems | End: ~40″x44″, Middle: 36″x44″ |
| Inside Corners | Cut tiles at 45° | Not applicable |
Choose Modular Tiles when: You need to cover a workstation area, wrap around equipment, or create L-shaped or complex configurations.
Choose Linkable Tiles when: You need a long, narrow run along an assembly line or conveyor.
Basic Rectangular Installation:
Cutting Inside Corners (L-Shapes):
You will need: cut-resistant gloves, linoleum knife, metal straight edge
Important: Ensure tiles are completely dry before returning to service.
What’s the difference between Corner, Side, and Center tiles?
Corner tiles have beveled borders on two adjacent sides (for corners). Side tiles have a beveled border on one side (for edges). Center tiles have no borders (for interior fill).
How do I figure out how many tiles I need?
For any rectangular installation: 4 Corner tiles, enough Side tiles to fill the edges between corners, and enough Center tiles to fill the interior. Contact us for help with complex configurations.
Can I create L-shaped or irregular configurations?
Yes. Cut tiles at 45-degree angles at inside corners. See installation instructions above.
Can I push carts across these tiles?
No. The cushioned surface is designed for standing, not wheeled traffic. Use Hog Heaven Traffic Tiles for cart paths.
What’s the difference between 18″ and 36″ tile systems?
Both provide identical performance. The 36″ system covers more area with fewer tiles (faster installation for large areas). The 18″ system offers more flexibility for smaller or complex configurations.
Are these safe for welding?
Yes. Nitrile rubber is welding safe and will not ignite from sparks or spatter.
Do these dissipate static?
Yes. The tiles have an ESD rating of electrically conductive, suitable for electronics assembly and static-sensitive applications.
What’s the difference between Modular and Linkable tiles?
Modular tiles configure any shape using Corner, Side, and Center pieces. Linkable tiles create long linear runs using End and Middle pieces. See comparison table above.
Can I mix black and yellow borders?
The border color is determined by which Side and Corner tiles you choose. All borders in an installation should match for a consistent appearance.
