When workers stand along assembly lines, conveyor systems, or extended workstations, standard mats aren’t long enough. Hog Heaven III Drainable Linkable Tiles solve this by linking together to create continuous anti-fatigue flooring of any length.

The flow-through drainage design handles wet industrial environments where liquids, coolants, oils, and chemicals are present. High-density closed-cell nitrile rubber provides outstanding anti-fatigue support while resisting the harsh conditions of manufacturing floors.

How the Linkable System Works

The linkable system uses two tile types to create runs of any length:

End Tiles (39.875″ x 43.75″) — Feature a finished beveled border on one end. Use one End tile at each end of your run.

Middle Tiles (36″ x 43.75″) — Connect between End tiles to extend the run. Add as many Middle tiles as needed.

Basic Configuration:

• Minimum run: 2 End tiles (no Middle tiles) ≈ 6.5 feet long
• With 1 Middle tile: End + Middle + End ≈ 9.5 feet long
• With 2 Middle tiles: End + Middle + Middle + End ≈ 12.5 feet long
• Continue adding Middle tiles for longer runs

Linkable Tiles vs. Modular Tiles

Choose Linkable Tiles when: You need a long, narrow run along an assembly line or workstation.

Choose Modular Tiles when: You need to cover a square or rectangular area, or need flexibility in both dimensions.

Installation

1. Plan your run length — Determine how many Middle tiles you need between your two End tiles.
2. Position first End tile — Place at one end of the workstation with beveled border facing outward.
3. Add Middle tiles — Link Middle tiles to the End tile, continuing along the run.
4. Finish with second End tile — Link final End tile with beveled border facing outward.
5. Verify alignment — Ensure all tiles are firmly linked and borders provide safe transitions.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Scrub with a deck brush as needed using a detergent with neutral pH.
2. Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
3. Hang to dry or lay flat.

Important: Ensure tiles are completely dry before returning to service.

What’s the difference between End and Middle tiles?
End tiles have a finished beveled border on one end and are used at each end of a run. Middle tiles connect between End tiles to extend the run length. Every configuration needs exactly 2 End tiles, plus however many Middle tiles are needed for length.

What’s the minimum order?
2 tiles minimum. The smallest configuration is 2 End tiles (no Middle tiles), creating approximately a 6.5-foot run.

How long can I make a run?
There’s no maximum length. Add Middle tiles to extend as needed. Each Middle tile adds approximately 3 feet.

Are these made to order?
Yes. Allow 5-7 business days for production. Larger orders may require additional time.

Can I use these in dry environments?
Yes. While the drainage holes are designed for wet areas, the tiles work equally well in dry environments. The holes don’t affect anti-fatigue performance.

What’s the difference between Linkable and Modular tiles?
Linkable tiles are designed for long linear runs (assembly lines). Modular tiles are designed for covering square or rectangular areas in any configuration. See comparison table above.

Are these safe for welding?
Yes. Nitrile rubber is welding safe and will not ignite from sparks or spatter.

Do these dissipate static?
Yes. The tiles have an ESD rating of electrically conductive, making them suitable for electronics assembly and other static-sensitive applications.

Why is there a minimum of 2 tiles?
Every run requires 2 End tiles (one for each end). You cannot create a functional run with only 1 tile.
