Here’s the problem with most anti-fatigue mats: they’re not thick enough to make a real difference. Workers standing 8+ hours need substantial cushioning, not a thin layer of foam over a hard floor.
Cushion Complete Mat uses 5/8″ of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam — 65% thicker than the 3/8″ found in standard drainage mats like Comfort Flow. That extra thickness translates to genuine ergonomic support that reduces leg fatigue, back pain, and worker discomfort throughout long shifts.
The nitrile/PVC blend provides the best of both materials: nitrile’s grease and chemical resistance combined with PVC’s cushioning properties. The mat handles exposure to oils, solvents, and industrial chemicals that would break down ordinary rubber foam.

Should I choose with or without drainage holes?
Choose without holes (494) for dry workstations where maximum cushioning matters. Choose with holes (496) for damp areas where occasional moisture needs to drain through. For heavy wet environments with standing water, consider Comfort Flow instead.
Why is 5/8″ thickness better than 3/8″?

The drainage hole version is designed for damp areas with occasional moisture, not standing water. For environments with continuous standing water, use Comfort Flow Mat instead.
Is it grease-proof like Comfort Flow?
Cushion Complete is grease and oil resistant (nitrile/PVC blend). Comfort Flow is grease and oil proof (100% nitrile). For extremely greasy environments, Comfort Flow may be the better choice.
