Comfort Premier exists for the environments where a mat cannot just be “clean enough.” It has to be sterilized. Healthcare suites, laboratories, food processing lines, pharmacy compounding areas, and cleanrooms all share the same problem: the floor protection their staff needs has to meet a hygiene standard most anti-fatigue mats simply cannot.
Comfort Premier solves that. The 1/2″ pure nitrile rubber foam provides genuine anti-fatigue support for staff who stand all day, while the lifetime anti-microbial treatment protects the mat itself from odor and degradation over its full service life. Critically, the mat is built to be autoclave sterilized as well as commercially laundered, so it can be cleaned to the standard a regulated environment requires and put right back into service.
Because the surface is 100% nitrile (not a blend), it is grease proof, oil proof, and chemical resistant, and it is welding safe. That makes Comfort Premier equally at home in a harsh industrial cell as in a sterile medical suite, anywhere the cleaning protocol is demanding and the chemicals or sparks are unforgiving.
The flexible construction makes the mat easy to handle, roll, and clean, and the beveled safety edges give a smooth transition from floor to mat that resists curling and tripping.

Choose Comfort Premier when the environment requires sterilization or maximum chemical and welding resistance. Choose Cushion Complete when the priority is the thickest possible cushioning for general standing work.
Commercial Laundering: Follow the same general process used for other M+A nitrile mats: cold flush, warm break wash, cold rinses, drain, lay flat to dry.
Hand Washing: Scrub with a deck brush and neutral pH detergent, rinse with a hose or pressure washer, hang or lay flat to dry.
What happened to Complete Comfort II? M+A Matting renamed Complete Comfort II to Comfort Premier. It is the same mat under the updated name.

Comfort Premier is 1/2″ pure nitrile, and its distinguishing feature is that it can be autoclave sterilized, along with stronger chemical resistance and welding safety. Pick Comfort Premier when hygiene or harsh conditions drive the decision.
Is it welding safe? Yes. The pure nitrile surface is welding safe and resists grease, oil, and chemicals.
