Commercial Laundering Instructions

All Classic Solutions Plus mats are commercially launderable.

Standard Formula:

1. Flush: 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120°F (49°C)
2. Flush (optional): 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120°F (49°C)
3. Break: 2-3 minutes, high water level, 120°F (49°C)
4. Rinse: 2 minutes, high water level, cold
5. Rinse: 2 minutes, high water level, cold
6. Extract (low speed): 1-2 minutes
7. Shake out: 1 minute
8. Extract (low speed): 3-5 minutes
9. Dry: 5-10 minutes, 180°F (82°C) basket temp
10. Cooldown: 5 minutes
11. Lay mats flat. Allow cooling before rolling.

Heavy Soil: Increase temperature to max 140°F (60°C). Break should not exceed pH 9.5; use low-pH non-ionic detergents.

Important:

• Do not over-dry — basket temperature should not exceed 180°F (82°C)
• Mats must be completely dry and cooled before rolling for storage
