WaterHog Max has a bi-level herringbone surface that actively scrapes dirt and retains 1.5 gallons of water per square yard — genuine WaterHog performance. Berber Roll Goods has a heavier 52 oz hobnail texture across the entire surface and offers more color options (20 logo / 5-20 background). Choose WaterHog Max when moisture control matters; choose Berber when interior aesthetics and color variety are the priority.
Inlay logos are hand-cut and permanently part of the mat — they'll never peel or wear off. Impressions HD logos are digitally printed, allowing photographic detail, gradients, and finer text (1.5" minimum). Inlay is more durable but has stricter design requirements (3" minimum text, solid colors only).
PMS matching is not available for inlay mats. We offer 17 logo colors and 7 background colors — most brands can find a close match. If exact PMS matching is critical, consider WaterHog Impressions HD.
Mats wider than 6' are manufactured by seaming two 6' sections. This is standard for large-format roll goods. We'll discuss seam placement during the mockup phase to minimize visual impact.
