When your entrance is 40 feet wide, a standard logo mat disappears. Berber Roll Goods Inlay Logo Mats are built for spaces where first impressions happen at scale.
Your logo is precision-cut and hand-inlaid into heavy 52 oz/yd² Berber fabric, creating razor-sharp graphics that withstand years of heavy foot traffic. Available in custom sizes up to 12' × 50', these mats install like carpet to create seamless, branded flooring across your entire entrance — indoors or out.
The 52 oz construction is the heaviest of any logo mat we offer. The solution-dyed polypropylene fiber is naturally stain-resistant, fade-resistant, and UV-stable for covered outdoor use. When you need your brand to fill a room, this is the mat.

Logo inlay colors are available from the full 20-color palette regardless of size. Background color limitations apply only to mats wider than 6'. PMS matching is not available.
The inlay process requires logos to be cut and assembled by hand. This creates precise, sharp-edged results — but imposes strict limitations on artwork complexity.

Custom sizes from 3'×3' up to 12' wide × 50' long. This is the largest custom logo mat available — 10× the coverage of standard logo mats. Tell us your entrance dimensions and we'll size it to fit.
Roll Goods Inlay uses a hand-cut inlay process for the logo — creating razor-sharp, permanent edges that won't wear away. Berber Impressions HD uses digital printing. Inlay is more durable for logos but has stricter design limitations (3" min text, solid colors only). HD printing offers more detail and 56 colors. Roll Goods Inlay also comes in much larger sizes (up to 12'×50' vs 6'×12').
No. The inlay process requires solid colors and bold, simple designs. Minimum text height is 3" and minimum line thickness is 3/8". For complex logos with gradients or fine details, consider Berber Impressions HD which uses digital printing.
Up to 5 colors from the 20-color fabric palette. Background color availability depends on mat width — mats 6' and smaller get all 20 background options; larger mats have 5 background options.
Yes, in covered areas. The UV-resistant solution-dyed polypropylene and rubber backing are rated for covered outdoor entrances, vestibules, and overhangs.
Mats up to about 6'×10' can be loose-laid (the heavy rubber backing holds them in place). Larger mats should be installed with CA024 solvent-free adhesive on a prepared subfloor. Never use solvent-based adhesives.
No. Clean by vacuuming daily, extract cleaning, or hosing off for heavy soiling. The inlaid logo is part of the fabric and won't be damaged by normal cleaning.
2-3 weeks after design approval, plus shipping. These are handcrafted to your specifications — the inlay process takes time to ensure precision.
7-10 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. The hand-inlay process takes slightly longer than digitally printed mats.
The layering color process requires solid colors from the 56-color palette. Tints, screens, and transparent elements don't reproduce cleanly with this technology.
